Banana Smoothie
Banana Smoothies are a quick, healthy drink. Kids (and adults) love them. Of course, you can substitute any soft fruits, such as strawberries or raspberries, for the bananas.
Ingredients
2 ripe, peeled bananas
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons honey
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend at high speed until smooth.
Serve chilled.
Fireweed honey is made in the clear mountain air.
Science shows that people sleep better when they eat honey before bedtime.
