Mini Chicken Kebabs with Honey and Ginger Glaze
Honey glazing gives this chicken a delicious look that makes people say, "I just have to try some of that!"
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 orange
1/2 cup Honey and Ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Trim excess fat off the chicken breasts and cut into cubes.
- Zest the skin of the orange and squeeze the juice.
- Put all ingredients into a Ziploc bag and place in refrigerator overnight to marinate.
- Mix the salt and pepper into the Ziploc bag just prior to cooking. Mix with a spatula or spoon.
- Strain off excess sauce by placing the mixture in a colander.
- Place chicken pieces on 3" skewers and grill for a few minutes. Alternatively, fry chicken pieces over medium-high heat for 5-7 minuntes and then place on skewers.
