Add a little something to your desserts. This syrup can be pour over cakes, ice creams and pies.
| 1/2 | cup | honey | 120 | ml |
| 1 | tblsp | brandy | 15 | ml |
| 1 | tblsp | lemon juice | 15 | ml |
- Heat gently in sauce pan to allow mixing of the ingredients
- Serve over fruit, ice cream, tortes or whatever you desire
