Honey and Cranberry Sweet and Sour Sauce

A zing for the taste buds! An excellent choice for adding flavour to chicken or pork.

 

Ingredients

1/2 cup Honey and Cranberries
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup whole cranberries
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce

 

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a medium saucepan.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  • Serve over chicken or pork.

Makes 2 cups.
